Privacy notice

When you submit an inquiry, RALLO collects your name, email address, optional phone number, message and the associated listing or inquiry type. We use these details to review and respond to your request.

When you offer a watch, RALLO also receives the watch details, photos and any optional information you provide, such as location, asking price and service history. Selling submissions are stored for private owner review and do not automatically become public listings. Avoid sending identity documents or full serial numbers.

The site stores inquiry and watch-submission records in its Cloudflare-backed database, and uploaded photos in its Cloudflare-backed object storage. The owner dashboard and seller-photo retrieval require authorized owner access. Buying and sourcing inquiry notifications are sent to Ron through Resend and received in his Gmail inbox. These notification emails include the submitted contact details and message; the reply address uses your email address.

Public site pages use Google Analytics to measure usage. The current configuration disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals and sends the page path without query parameters. Analytics is not initialized on owner-admin pages. Google Analytics may use cookies and other identifiers; this configuration does not make analytics anonymous or cookie-free.
